Abstract

Kertas kerja ini bertujuan mengenal pasti tahap tingkah laku kepimpinan transformasi di sekolah rendah luar bandar. Soal selidik model kepimpinan transformasi telah digunakan untuk menentukan tahap dimensi tingkah laku kepimpinan transformasi. Soal selidik ini mengandungi empat dimensi yang terdiri daripada Pengaruh Ideal Tingkahlaku, Pertimbangan Individu, Motivasi Berinspirasi dan Stimulasi Intelek. Seramai 209 guru sebagai responden dari sembilan sekolah terlibat dalam kajian ini. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif iaitu skor min dan sisihan piawai. Datapan kajian menunjukkan skor min dimensi pengaruh ideal tingkah laku (4.22), pertimbangan individu (3.76), motivasi berinspirasi (4.24) dan stimulasi intelek (4.02) berada pada tahap tinggi. Penemuan kajian ini menyokong keputusan kajian sebelum ini yang menunjukkan setiap organisasi yang ingin berubah memerlukan pemimpin yang boleh membawa perubahan yang dikehendaki. Pemimpin yang berupaya membawa perubahan sering dikaitkan dengan kepimpinan transformasi.
