摘要
此篇文章主要研究邱菽园的作品《菽园诗集》的咏物诗歌。邱菽园以五种表现手法创作，分别为描摹情态类、托物言志类、托物言理类、以物喻人类和咏物抒怀类，涵盖了动物、植物和器物等多种主题。通过不同阶段的咏物诗让我们能够了解他的生活轨迹和人生经历，还能体会当代人对东南亚风物的感知。这些诗歌不仅展现了邱菽园高超的诗歌创作技巧和丰富的情感世界，更通过多样的表现手法如：比喻、拟人、象征、对比和引用，使咏物对象生动鲜活，提供了丰富的联想空间。
Abstract
This article mainly focuses on the poetries chanting things in The Collection of Shuyuan’s Poems by taking plants and animals as title. There are five types in poetry of chanting things which are descriptive or mood-portraying type, conveying aspirations through objects, conveying principles or reasoning through objects, comparing people to objects (using objects as metaphors for people) and expressing emotions or sentiments through objects. This article also investigates the expression techniques portrayed in these poems. These poems help us to understand the life experiences of Khoo Seok Wan and let the descendants understand Southeast Asia better. These poems also signify the growth of Malaysian Chinese Literature.
