The design of this study uses qualitative approach of a case study. A total of 5 informants were selected from the purposeful sampling method and were conducted using in-depth interviews. The research protocol used in this study is in the form of semi-structured question guidelines with regards to the literature reviews. Informants were interviewed face-to-face and recorded data were transcribed for thematic data analysis. The results of the study found that the main challenge among youth in the leadership program is that self-resilience from the emotional and physical aspects. Apart from that, community social work is an important aspect in the process of empowerment and involvement of women youth in the community welfare activities. This study suggests that the Ministry of Women, Family and Community should introduce a way on focusing the leadership empowerment training among young profesional women so that Malaysia can reach the top 30 percent of leaders in the organization, community and politics in the future.</p> ER -
