Transformasi Pendidikan di Era Revolusi Industri 5.0

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi karakteristik Pendidikan 5.0, yang mewakili sebuah transformasi dari paradigma pendidikan sebelumnya yang berfokus pada digitalisasi dan otomatisasi menjadi sebuah model yang menekankan kolaborasi dan integrasi antara teknologi dan manusia. Model baru ini tidak berupaya untuk menghilangkan peran manusia, namun lebih menyoroti sinergi antara keduanya. Dalam konteks ini, teknologi canggih tersebut akan berperan sebagai alat yang dapat membantu meningkatkan pengalaman belajar manusia, memperbaiki mutu pembelajaran dan memungkinkan personalisasi pendidikan yang lebih signifikan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dan memanfaatkan data sekunder, analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan studi menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan 5.0 memiliki tiga karakteristik utama. Pertama, Pendidikan 5.0 menekankan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, yang mengembangkan lingkungan belajar yang inovatif dan adaptif sambil memberikan pengalaman bermakna bagi peserta didik. Kedua, Pendidikan 5.0 melibatkan pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21 melalui pendekatan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik dan berbasis proyek, yang bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan peserta didik menghadapi tantangan global. Terakhir, Pendidikan 5.0 mengadopsi paradigma pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, di mana pendidikan tidak terbatas pada periode sekolah formal tetapi merupakan proses berkelanjutan sepanjang hayat. Dengan demikian, Pendidikan 5.0 menawarkan pendekatan holistik dan terintegrasi untuk mengembangkan potensi manusia di era Revolusi Industri 5.0 secara komprehensif dan berkelanjutan.
