Apply additional subjects in order to encourage proficiency in the formation of student character as the moral responsibility of the institution. From several lessons of local content at Nurul Huda Junior High School, aqidah akhlak is one of the materials that provides understanding to students how to behave well. The purpose of this study is to determine the curriculum management of local content of aqidah akhlak in improving the moral character of students in Nurul Huda Kapongan Junior High School, Situbondo, East Java, Indonesia. Based on the results of this research, in the planning stage this curriculum is manifested in making learning tools such as syllabi, prota, promissory notes and lesson implementation plans. Prepare materials used in learning local content of aqidah akhlak. In the planning process, Nurul Huda Junior High School involved several parties such as the school committee, principal, curriculum waka and teachers. The implementation of learning follows the procedure of starting lessons, managing teaching activities, organizing time, students and learning facilities, carrying out assessments of lesson processes and outcomes, and ending lessons. In the evaluation process is carried out by evaluating from planning, implementation and evaluation. It discusses the motive and rationale behind Arabic provision within secondary schools and the degree to which this provision meets the expected outcomes in transforming Ulul Albab generation with special focus on learning Arabic for Qur’anic purposes. As a Muslim educator specialized in teaching Arabic, I have seen that most of the Islamic schools have the provision of teaching and learning Arabic with a religious view; also, I have seen inappropriate syllabus use, shortage or complete lack of resources and many other issues which hinder proper teaching and learning of Arabic. The motivation behind this study came from a deep interest in examining views of learners and teachers to find out their motives for learning and teaching this language. As a practitioner in the field, I am hoping that this empirical enquiry will contribute to the wider efforts aiming to improve this important teaching provision in the British secondary schools particularly, and for the wider world generally. I conducted this enquiry within the interdisciplinary field of Islamic Education Studies. This study aims to contribute to the growing body of empirical studies in this field. My review of the literature suggests that the teaching of Arabic in the secondary schools has not been subjected to empirical research, especially to explore the motives behind it. Pengajaran akhlak adalah satu topik yang diajarkan dalam subjek Pendidikan Islam. Kajan ini dijalankan untuk menilai pendekatan pengajaran akhlak yang digunakan oleh Guru Pendidikan Islam (GPI), kaedah pengajaran akhlak, tahap kemahiran pengajaran dan halangan serta kekangan yang dihadapi oleh GPI dalam pengajaran akhlak. Pendekatan kuantitatif dengan reka bentuk tinjauan serta soal selidik telah digunakan dalam kajian ini. Sampel kajian terdiri daripada 60 orang guru Pendidikan Islam di daerah Kuala Langat dengan menggunakan teknik pensempelan rawak mudah. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan tahap kemahiran dalam amalan pengajaran akhlak dalam kalangan GPI Kuala Langat adalah tinggi dan dalam aspek kaedah pengajaran akhlak, guru perlu mempunyai kaedah yang berkesan untuk memastikan pengajaran yang dilakukan adalah berkesan. Dunia hari ini semakin mencabar apabila wanita zaman kontemporari bila wanita terpaksa bekerja bagi mencari nafkah. Kajian mendapati wanita berkerjaya sering berhadapan dengan konflik dalam menimbangi antara kerjaya dan keluarga: kesan terhadap kesejahteraan mental dalam kalangan wanita bekerja dan kaedah penyelesaiannya. Konflik kerja-keluarga didapati menjadi punca tekanan dan telah dikaitkan dengan kesan negatif seperti peningkatan risiko kesihatan, keibubapaan yang kurang berkesan, produktiviti menurun, kelewatan, ketidakhadiran, sikap dan moral yang lemah, kepuasan hidup yang berkurangan, dan kesihatan mental yang lebih rendah. Oleh itu, amat penting bagi wanita mengetahui kaedah dan penyelesaian yanh boleh dilakukan bagi mengurangkan konflik peranan yang dihadapi serta mendapatkan sokongan sosial serta mencari strategi daya tinfak yang berkesan yang boleh meningkatkan tahao kesejahteraan emosu mereka. Komitmen dan sokongan keluarga amat diperkukan agar wanita mampu melakukan tugasan secaa seimbang. This study uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection is in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through four stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification.
