Abstract

இவ்வாய்வின் முதன்மை நோக்கம்  சங்ககால மக்கள் தங்கள் உணவுமுறை மூலம் ஆரோக்கியமான வாழ்க்கைமுறையில் வாழ்ந்து தன்னைப் பாதுகாத்துக் கொண்ட முறையை ஆராய்வதாகும். இவ்வாய்வு பண்புசார் அணுகுமுறையில் நூலாய்வு அணுகுமுறையிலும் வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.  இவ்வாய்வில் சங்ககால மக்கள் தங்கள் உணவுமுறை மூலம் தங்களை ஆரோக்கியமான முறையில் பாதுகாத்துக் கொண்டு நாட்டு மக்களுக்கும் வேண்டிய மட்டும் நன்முறையைக் கடைபிடிக்க அறிவுரையும் வழங்கினா். இவ்வாய்வின் வழி, இளையத் தலைமுறையினர் ஆரோக்கியமான முறையில் தங்களைப் பாதுகாத்துக் கொண்டு வரும் மற்றும் வளரும் தலைமுறையும் உடல் ஆரோக்கியத்துடன் வாழ வழிவகுக்கும். இவ்வாய்வு சங்க இலக்கியத்தில் இடம்பெற்றுள்ள இலக்கிய மரபுகளை ஆய்வு செய்யும் முதல் கட்டுரை என்பதை ஆய்வாளர் உறுதி செய்கின்றார்.

The primary objective of this study is to explore the way Sangam people maintained a healthy lifestyle through their diet. This review is designed in qualitative approach. This review has adopted bibliographic approach. In this study, the people of the Sangam period protected themselves in a healthy way through their diet and advised the people of the country to follow the good habits. Through this research, the younger generation will protect themselves in a healthy way and the growing generation will also lead to a healthy life. The researcher asserts that this review is the first paper to examine the literary traditions in Sangha literature.
