An innovation in the use of technology in the teaching of Tamil language literature

Abstract

கல்வி நோக்கங்களுக்காகப் பயன்படுத்தக்கூடிய ஒரு மென்பொருளின் கண்டுபிடிப்பை இந்த ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரை முன்வைக்கிறது. கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் செயல்பாட்டில் மென்பொருளை எவ்வாறு பயன்படுத்தலாம் என்பதையே இவ்வாய்வு மையமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. பயன்பாட்டை உருவாக்கும் கற்பித்தல் முறை, விண்ணப்பத்தை உள்ளடக்கிய மென்பொருளின் நிலை மற்றும் பாரம்பரிய வகுப்பறை கற்பித்தலுடன் மென்பொருளை ஒப்பிடும்போது அதன் பயன்பாட்டின் கூடுதல் மதிப்பு என்ன, போன்று குறிப்பிட்ட ஒரு மென்பொருளைத் தேர்ந்தெடுத்து அதன் அம்சங்கள் மற்றும் பயன்பாடுகளின் அடிப்படையில் பகுப்பாய்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாய்வு, மென்பொருளின் கல்வி பண்புகள் என்ன? எனிமேக்கர் மென்பொருளின் அம்சங்கள்?, ஆசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் மாணவர்கள் கற்றல் கற்பித்தலில் எவ்வாறு எனிமேக்கர் மென்பொருளின் பயன்பாட்டை அடைகின்றனர் என்ற கேள்விகளை முன்வைக்கிறது. ஆய்வாளர் இவ்வாய்வை தேர்ந்தெடுத்ததற்கானக் காரணம், கல்வியில் தொழில்நுட்பத்தின் தாக்கம் கற்பிப்பதற்குப் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் மாதிரியின் மாற்றங்கள் மற்றும் ஆசிரியர், மாணவர் பாத்திரத்தில் காணப்படும் மாற்றங்கள் எவ்வாறு பாரம்பரிய கற்றல் கற்பித்தல் முறை வேறுபட பங்காற்றியது என்பதை அறிய. கல்விக்காகப் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் பல மென்பொருட்களில் ஒன்றான எனிமேக்கர் மென்பொருள் எளிய அனிமேஷன் வீடியோக்களை உருவாக்கப் பயன்படும் ஒரு கருவியாகும். இந்த ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரையில் எனிமேக்கர் மென்பொருள் விவரிக்கப்பட்டதோடு அதன் அம்சங்கள் மற்றும் பயன்பாடுகளை தெளிவாக விளக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

The paper presents the findings of a software that can be used for educational purposes in Sultan Idris Educational University on April 6th, 2021, focusing on how the apps can be used in a learning process.  The apps were analyzed based on the features and usages e.g., which pedagogical method is the app built upon, what level of the revised Animaker does the app cover and what are the added values of the app compared to traditional classroom teaching. The research question of the study is: What are the educational characteristics of the Animaker software, what are the features in Animaker software and how teachers and students use the app in the teaching and learning process. The reason for analyst to choosed this case was, the impact of technology in education can be seen in the change in the model used for teaching and in the changes in the role of teacher and student. Thus, the traditional learning and teaching method is different. Technology allows students to work at their own pace from home. Software is used primarily in teaching. Amomg many softwares that are used for education, Animaker software is a tool used to create simple animated videos. Therefore, in this essay Animaker software was described and explained the features and usages clearly.
