Satu Tinjauan Awal kesan Kepimpinan Instruksional terhadap Prestasi Akademik Murid di Sekolah Kurang Murid di Malaysia

Kepimpinan instruksional memainkan peranan penting dalam menentukan prestasi akademik murid. Namun, cabaran seperti kekurangan sumber, kemudahan yang terhad, dan kekurangan guru berkelayakan menjadi halangan utama dalam pelaksanaan kepimpinan instruksional yang berkesan. Untuk mengatasi cabaran ini, pendekatan seperti pemberian insentif kepada guru, peningkatan penglibatan ibu bapa dan komuniti, serta penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pengajaran dicadangkan sebagai langkah strategik. Berdasarkan model kepimpinan instruksional, kertas konsep ini mengemukakan pendekatan holistik yang menekankan kolaborasi antara pemimpin sekolah, guru, dan komuniti dalam usaha meningkatkan prestasi akademik murid di Sekolah Kurang Murid (SKM). Hasil perbincangan dalam kertas konsep ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktikal untuk memperkukuhkan amalan kepimpinan instruksional dalam konteks pendidikan sekolah, khususnya di SKM.
