About the Journal

Management Research Journal (MRJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI). The journal provides a platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and policymakers to disseminate high-quality research that advances theory, practice, and policy in management and related disciplines.

MRJ publishes original research articles, review articles, case studies, methodological papers, and conceptual papers in both English and Malay. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance.
