Kompetensi Keusahawanan Personal Pelajar KKTM/MJII/IKM Ke Atas Aktiviti Pembelajaran Subjek Keusahawanan Digital

Keusahawanan Digital (KD) merupakan subjek yang diajar dan diberikan penekanan bagi institusi pendidikan TVET MARA pada masa kini dalam usaha memotivasikan pelajar dalam bidang keusahawanan. Dalam mengukur keberkesanan pembelajaran subjek keusahawanan digital, kompetensi keusahawanan personal (KKP) digunakan sebagai kaedah atau teknik dalam melihat keberkesanan subjek berkenaan sama ada berjaya membentuk keperibadian dan ciri-ciri keusahawanan di kalangan pelajar KKTM/MJII/IKM. Soal selidik telah digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam mengukur pembolehubah kajian yang melibatkan 70 soalan yang perlu dijawab oleh pelajar. Prosedur pensampelan melibatkan 117 orang pelajar KKTM/MJII/IKM yang menjawab soal selidik berkenaan. Dalam membuat analisa kompetensi keusahawanan personal, perisian Microsoft Excel dan format ini juga menggunakan pendekatan yang dibangunkan oleh Butt & Thechatakerng. Hasil dapat kajian mendapati secara keseluruhan pelajar KKTM/MJII/IKM mempunyai kompetensi keusahawanan personal (KKP)yang lemah dan ini menunjukkan aktiviti pengajaran dan pembelajaran bagi subjek keusahawanan digital tidak mampu menarik minat pelajar dalam bidang keusahawanan. Implikasi penemuan ini adalah antara cadangan yang boleh dibuat adalah berkolabrasi dengan pihak usahawan melalui konsep dropship atau affiliate, penambahbaikan modul pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interatif dan pendedahan dengan ekspo atau aktiviti perniagaan di luar institusi.
