Abstract

In this new era, in which educational transformation is taking place widely, teacher leadership is emerging as one of the most important concepts in schools in efforts to improve school achievement. Teacher leadership is no longer a simple or easy concept as mentioned by most writers and researchers in this field. To explain the ways in which this leadership is practiced in detail, several models have been constructed by several researchers, where each of these models has qualities and is able to translate the elements of teacher leadership in schools well. These teacher leadership models are built to move teachers and schools towards integrated action in the implementation of the concept of teacher leadership among teachers. This study is a descriptive study using a qualitative systematic work highlighting method. The main source of this study is through highlights of previous work obtained from Scopus, Google Scholar and Science Direct online databases analyzed based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA).
