Abstract

This preliminary study aims to observe 2 domains of Standard Quality Education of Malaysia wave 2, refer to management of subject, namely planning to increases quality of teacher and increases achievement of students in South Kinta District Education Office, Perak, Malaysia. The finding of previous studies to develop teachers then we need to develop Middle leaders who became the liaison with the Highest Leader in the school.  A total of 134 Middle Leaders Team of 22 primary and   secondary schools were respondents in this study. This study uses a questionnaire quantitative approach. Data were collected using the questionnaire instrument. The overall finding of min and percentage scores indicates that Middle Leaders Team competence is at the Moderate Level. The highest overall achievement score was the Middle Leaders Team increase achievement domain to increases achievement of students, which was 2.68 and the lowest achievement was in an increase quality of teacher, which was 2.61. Through the study we hope the Middle Leaders shall render the Standard Quality Education of Malaysia wave 2 as a tool and reference to increases quality of teacher and increases achievement of students.
