Abstract

Nonsuicidal Self-Injury (NSSI) adalah satu fenomena yang semakin berleluasa dalam kalangan murid serta menganggu kesejahteraan emosi murid. Tingkah laku ini menimbulkan cabaran yang signifikan terhadap pembangunan karakter dan emosi murid. Kajian ini adalah untuk menilai keberkesanan Modul Gratitude Blueprint Intervention (GBIM) terhadap kesejahteraan mental dalam kalangan murid yang menunjukkan tingkah laku NSSI. Pengurangan kecenderungan tingkah laku NSSI diterokai sebagai hasil sekunder. secara kualitatif, selaras dengan reka bentuk kajian kes. Kajian kes kolektif dengan melibatkan tiga orang murid berumur 12 tahun yang menunjukkan tingkah laku NSSI. Persampelan bertujuan digunakan untuk memilih murid berdasarkan kriteria tingkah laku NSSI dalam tempoh enam bulan. Penyelidik menggunakan instrumen DASS-21 untuk menilai tahap kemurungan, kebimbangan, dan stres murid sebagai penunjuk keberkesanan intervensi dan pengurusan emosi murid pula dinilai melalui temu bual separa berstruktur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan penurunan skor DASS-21 bagi kemurungan, kebimbangan dan stres selepas pelaksanaan modul selama empat minggu. Analisis kualitatif pula mengenal pasti dua tema utama, iaitu kesedaran kesyukuran dan pengurusan emosi melalui sokongan sosial, yang mencerminkan peningkatan keupayaan murid dalam mengurus tekanan emosi dan mengurangkan kebergantungan terhadap tingkah laku NSSI sebagai strategi daya tindak. Dapatan ini menunjukkan bahawa GBIM berkesan sebagai intervensi psikologi positif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan emosi dalam kalangan murid yang terlibat dalam NSSI.
