Integrasi Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT) Dalam Memahami Kesejahteraan Psikologi Remaja: Satu Ulasan Literatur

Kajian ini merupakan satu ulasan naratif berstruktur yang meneliti keberkesanan Choice Theory Reality Therapy (CTRT) dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologi remaja. Sorotan literatur terkini menunjukkan bahawa kesejahteraan psikologi bukan sahaja dipengaruhi oleh faktor intrapersonal, tetapi juga oleh faktor psikososial seperti persekitaran keluarga, hubungan rakan sebaya, iklim sekolah, dan identiti budaya. CTRT, yang berasaskan prinsip kawalan dalaman dan pemenuhan lima keperluan asas psikologi, terbukti mampu memandu remaja membuat pilihan tingkah laku yang lebih bertanggungjawab. Namun, keberkesanan pendekatan ini turut diperkukuh oleh faktor pelindung intrapersonal seperti kecerdasan emosi dan daya tindak. Berdasarkan analisis kritikal, kajian ini mencadangkan satu Model Konseptual Integratif CTRT–PWB yang menghubungkan prinsip asas CTRT dengan faktor psikososial dan intrapersonal, seterusnya menjelaskan bagaimana interaksi tersebut membawa kepada pencapaian kesejahteraan psikologi yang merangkumi dimensi hedonik dan eudaimonik. Kesimpulannya, ulasan ini menegaskan bahawa pendekatan integratif berasaskan CTRT berpotensi menjadi asas penting bagi pembangunan modul intervensi, program pendidikan, serta dasar pembangunan remaja yang lebih sistematik, kontekstual, dan relevan dengan cabaran semasa
