This study discusses the cooperation between PDRM and Tenaganita in eradicating human trafficking for sexual exploitation crimes in Malaysia. There are two objectives in this research. First, examining the efforts of PDRM and Tenaganita in eradicating human trafficking for sexual exploitation in Malaysia.Second, assessing cooperation by PDRM and Tenaganita in eradicating human trafficking for sexual exploitation in Malaysia. The method applied in this reseach is based on qualitative approach through semi structural in-depth interviews on seven informants. The findingsof this research point out that the important tasks taken by PDRM and Tenaganita in eradicating human trafficking for sexual exploitation in Malaysia are carried through various efforts. PDRM’s enforcement, rescue and awareness aspects are aimed at ensuring the human rights of victims and also human and state security. While Tenaganita is advocating, prevention and rehabilitation, where it aims to defend the rights of victims. From the aspect of cooperation between the two agencies, enforcement and awareness are important than other forms of cooperation. Overall, efforts and cooperation have shown the seriousness of the two agencies in combating this crime.
