Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menilai tahap kesediaan penerimaan Sistem Pengurusan Bengkel di kalangan ketua bengkel Program Teknologi Elektrik di Kolej Vokasional (KV). Daripada 57 edaran soal selidik, seramai 51 orang ketua bengkel Program Teknologi Elektrik di Kolej Vokasional memberikan maklum balas. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan, dengan instrumen soal selidik berasaskan Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). Hasil kajian menunjukkan adanya keperluan mendesak untuk pembangunan sistem pengurusan bengkel. Dapatan juga mengesahkan bahawa tahap penerimaan awal terhadap sistem pengurusan bengkel adalah sangat tinggi (Min = 4.18), di mana Jangkaan Prestasi (Min = 4.38) merupakan peramal utama. Ketua bengkel yakin sistem ini dapat meningkatkan produktiviti dan kecekapan operasi mereka. Secara kesimpulan, kajian ini memberikan justifikasi yang kukuh dan spesifikasi fungsian yang jelas untuk meneruskan reka bentuk dan pembangunan sistem pengurusan bengkel bagi mengatasi jurang kecekapan dan keselamatan dalam pengurusan bengkel TVET
