Abstract

Kajian ini merupakan satu kajian tinjauan yang dilakukan bagi mendapatkan maklum balas berkaitan “Tahap kepuasan organisasi terhadap pencapaian kompetensi dalam kalangan guru pelatih Kolej Universiti Islam Melaka (KUIM)”. Kajian dijalankan untuk pengkaji mendapat maklumbalas daripada organisasi tempat latihan praktikum guru pelatih KUIM sama ada adakah mereka menepati keperluan dan kehendak sistem pendidikan negara. Kajian ini melibatkan seramai 91 orang guru pembimbing di tempat pelajar semester enam KUIM menjalani latihan praktikum mereka yang melibatkan tadika-tadika kerajaan dan swasta di sekitar Melaka, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor dan Kuala Lumpur. Kaedah kajian ini dikendalikan secara kaedah kuantitatif melalui penggunaan borang soal selidik. Dapatan kajian telah dianalisis menggunakan ‘Statistical Package for the Social Science’ (SPSS) versi 23.0. Hasil dapatan bagi objektif kajian pertama, dirumuskan pelatih KUIM mempunyai tahap yang tinggi dalam kesediaan untuk menjalani latihan praktikum dengan kemahiran yang ada iaitu sebanyak purata (min=2.80, sp=0.43). Manakala bagi objektif kedua, menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tahap organisasi dengan pencapaian kompetensi guru pelatih dengan nilai sig=0.00 iaitu kurang daripada 0.05. Nilai r = 0.778, nilai p = 0.000 < 0.05. Kesimpulannya, kajian menunjukkan guru pelatih mempunyai kesediaan dan kemahiran yang tinggi semasa menjalani latihan mengajar (KUIM).

This is a survey study conducted to obtain feedback related to "The level of organizational satisfaction with the achievement of competencies among trainee teachers of the Malacca Islamic University College (MIUC)". The study was conducted for the researcher to get feedback from the organization where the practicum training of KUIM trainee teachers whether they meet the needs and requirements of the national education system. This study allows the researchers to know the trainee teachers issued by MIUC meet the needs and requirements of the national education system or not. This study involved 91 respondents consisting of trainer teachers for the trainee teachers of semester 6, DECE (MIUC) that involved government and private kindergartens around Melaka, Johor, Negeri Sembilan, Selangor and Kuala Lumpur. The method of this study was conducted quantitatively through the use of questionnaires. The findings of the study were analysed using ‘Statistical Package for the Social Science’ (SPSS) version 23.0. The findings for the objective of the first study, concluded that KUIM trainee have a high level of readiness to undergo practicum training with existing skills that is an average of (mean = 2.80, sp = 0.43). As for the second objective, it showed that has significant relationship between the level of organization with the achievement of trainee teacher competencies with a value sig=0.00 with is less than 0.05. value r=0.778, value p = 0.000< 0.05. In conclusion, the study showed that trainee teachers have high readiness and skills during teaching training (KUIM).
