Kertas konsep ini meneliti peranan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dalam pembangunan profesional guru dengan memberi tumpuan kepada penggunaan alat berasaskan AI, tahap kecekapan guru dalam menguasai teknologi tersebut, serta peranan sokongan institusi dalam memastikan integrasi yang berkesan. AI menawarkan potensi transformatif dalam proses pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui pembelajaran diperibadikan, peningkatan penglibatan pelajar dan pengurusan bilik darjah yang lebih efisien. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk konseptual berasaskan tinjauan literatur untuk meneliti faktor-faktor kritikal yang mempengaruhi keberkesanan integrasi AI dalam pendidikan. Dapatan literatur menunjukkan bahawa kejayaan penggunaan AI bergantung kepada kecekapan guru dalam menerapkan teknologi, keberkesanan latihan profesional berterusan, serta kekukuhan sokongan institusi dari segi infrastruktur dan dasar. Secara keseluruhannya, analisis konsep ini merumuskan bahawa integrasi AI memerlukan pendekatan pembangunan profesional yang bersepadu, beretika, dan berasaskan data bagi memperkasa guru sebagai pemimpin pedagogi digital dalam era pendidikan masa hadapan
