Pembinaan Model Brain Gym Integrasi AI dan Realiti Terimbuh untuk Transformasi Fokus Pembelajaran

Brain Gym sebagai strategi pembelajaran berasaskan pergerakan diiktiraf mampu meningkatkan tumpuan dan fungsi eksekutif murid, namun pelaksanaannya masih dominan dalam bentuk tradisional yang kurang sejajar dengan keperluan pembelajaran digital dan inklusif masa kini. Kertas konsep ini mengemukakan pembinaan model pengajaran Brain Gym Digital yang mengintegrasikan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) dan Realiti Terimbuh (AR) untuk mentransformasi fokus pembelajaran di bilik darjah inklusif peringkat sekolah rendah. Melalui sintesis literatur 2020–2025 tentang active breaks/physically active lessons, EdTech, dan aplikasi AI–AR, serta penggubalan metodologi Reka Bentuk dan Pembangunan (DDR) tiga fasa (Analisis Keperluan → Reka Bentuk & Pembangunan → Penilaian), kertas ini merumuskan kerangka konseptual yang mengandungi: rutin pergerakan berpandu AR dengan maklum balas masa nyata; modul AI attention analytics bagi pemperibadian tahap kesukaran dan tempo aktiviti; elemen gamifikasi untuk mengekalkan keterlibatan; serta papan pemuka data untuk guru memantau time-on-task, penglibatan, dan kemajuan individu. Model dicadangkan sejajar dengan UDL (Universal Design for Learning) dan garis panduan privasi data, serta disahkan melalui Fuzzy Delphi Method dan ujian rintis terhad sebelum penilaian keberkesanan berskala kecil. Sumbangan utama ialah (i) teoritikal—menggabungkan neuroeducation dengan inovasi AI–AR dalam satu kerangka yang padu; (ii) metodologi—memperkenal laluan DDR yang boleh diulang guna bagi intervensi berasaskan pergerakan; (iii) praktikal—menyediakan reka bentuk model, komponen, dan indikator hasil (tumpuan, motivasi, tingkah laku on-task); dan (iv) dasar—menyokong aspirasi PPPM 2013–2025 dan Pendidikan Inklusif. Keterbatasan semasa (belum diuji empirikal luas) diatasi melalui rancangan penilaian mixed-methods yang mengukur tumpuan, penglibatan, dan hasil akademik. Secara keseluruhan, model ini menawarkan laluan berimpak tinggi untuk penskalaan amalan pengajaran berasaskan pergerakan yang data-driven, inklusif, dan mampan
