Digital learning in the transformation of national education is a process of adapting digital technology in education for educators to achieve the objectives during the learning and facilitation process in the PdPc conducted. In line with the wishes of the Malaysian Ministry of Education (KPM) in the Malaysian Education Development Plan (PPPM 2013-2025), this study was carried out. It aims to identify the obstacles and challenges of digital learning in the transformation of national education. The methodology of this study is in the form of literature review and literature review. The results of the study found that there are various issues and challenges of digital learning in the transformation of national education. It is hoped that this study can provide important information to various parties, namely the State Education Department (JPN), the District Education Office (PPD) and schools in an effort to improve the integration of digital learning for the sake of human capital. This paper also proposes that the teachers should not use traditional teaching methods, but modern and creative when teaching literature lessons.
