Non-traditional issues are non-military issues such as economic, political, social and environmental issues. The crime of human trafficking is a non-traditional issue that needs attention. Human trafficking is also known as modern-day slavery and is considered a non-military threat that can threaten the well-being and security of individuals, communities and countries. Human trafficking consists of a combination of three elements, namely the act, the means and the purpose of trafficking. One of the criminal forms of human trafficking is forced labor trafficking which contains elements of exploitation of people through force, coercion, threats and fraud. Discrimination against people can occur when there is demand and supply in the practice of capitalism. This clearly shows that people are willing to oppress in order to fulfill personal interests. This article aims to present a scenario related to forced labor trafficking in Malaysia. The method of data collection through document analysis techniques was chosen to gather information related to this issue. Sources such as journal articles are through searches in the Google Scholar database.
