The importance of the use of multimedia-based software to the understanding of the PSV Teaching and Learning concept for SJKC is the content of the use of multimedia-based software that has 21st -century learning, KBAT, short theoretical notes, using a combination of multimedia elements such as the use of text, animation, audio, images, interesting videos, and user controls can help provide a clear, accurate and non-boring understanding. Teachers can indirectly display professional qualities with expertise and knowledge to appear more confident and ready to teach in class. One research method used is design and development research (Design and Development Research) introduced by Richey and Klein (2007). The DDR study involves four comprehensive phases. Based on the research that will be conducted, the researcher introduces the use of multimedia-based software as a learning aid for PSV teachers, especially in the PSV Teaching and Learning process in year one at SJKC. The use of this multimedia-based software helps PSV teachers understand PSV topics clearly and feel more prepared and confident when teaching. In conclusion, the use of software based on multimedia is not only a source of information, but it can also increase student activity in the learning process. It is hoped that with the use of the software, students can achieve better learning outcomes. The teacher is the main factor in the excellence of a student.
