This study used quantitative design as the main design where observation is done based on adapted existing questionnaires. A total of 90 primary school teachers were involved as a group of respondents selected using purposive sampling method. To determine the relevance of headmaster’s leadership practices to the relationship of commitment of school teachers, the findings uncovered that there is a significant relationship that is p <=. 001 between leadership practices on the commitment of primary school teachers. This study is recognised as very significant as it is an essential element and competency that must exist among school’s headmasters.
