Aims and Scopes
PENDETA [ISSN 1823-6812/ eISSN 2600-8696] Journal was first published in 2005. The focus of the journal is to publish manuscripts that focus on research-based articles, case studies, and innovation in teaching and learning relevant to Malay Studies. Published twice a year (April & October beginning 2024) by UPSI Press for Faculty of Languages and Communication, Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris. The aim of the PENDETA journal is to serve as an international forum for academicians, researchers, theorists, practitioners, and policymakers to promote, share, collaborate and discuss various issues and developments in Malay Studies.
All manuscripts must be prepared in either Malay language or English language and will be subjected to a rigorous peer-review process.
