Tinjauan Literatur Bersistematik: Faktor-Faktor yang mempengaruhi Pencapaian Akademik pelajar Institusi Pengajian Tinggi

Kajian ini merupakan satu tinjauan literatur bersistematik yang bertujuan mengenal pasti faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pencapaian akademik pelajar institusi pengajian tinggi (IPT). Pendekatan kajian ini menggunakan model PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses). Sebanyak 50 kajian telah ditapis dan 19 daripadanya dipilih berdasarkan kesesuaian serta ketelitian kriteria inklusi yang melibatkan penerbitan dari pelbagai negara. Pencarian kajian dilakukan melalui enjin carian utama seperti Google Scholar, ResearchGate dan Academia.edu. Hasil analisis mendapati bahawa terdapat empat faktor utama yang mempengaruhi pencapaian akademik pelajar IPT, iaitu faktor individu, pensyarah, keluarga dan institusi. Faktor individu merangkumi aspek seperti motivasi diri, gaya pembelajaran, kemahiran belajar dan kesihatan mental. Manakala faktor pensyarah pula melibatkan strategi pengajaran, sokongan akademik, kemahiran pedagogi dan tahap interaksi dengan pelajar. Selain itu, faktor keluarga mencakupi sokongan moral dan kewangan, latar belakang sosioekonomi serta tahap pendidikan ibu bapa. Akhir sekali, faktor institusi melibatkan persekitaran pembelajaran, kemudahan infrastruktur, penggunaan teknologi dan dasar akademik. Hasil kajian ini memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang dimensi-dimensi utama yang mempengaruhi prestasi akademik mahasiswa. Ia juga menyediakan asas penting kepada pihak pengurusan IPT, pensyarah dan pihak berautoriti dalam bidang pendidikan dalam merangka strategi pembangunan pendidikan yang lebih menyeluruh dan berimpak tinggi.
