Analisis cabaran guru dalam Kemahiran Komunikasi Kanak-Kanak Tadika: menggunakan Kaedah Fuzzy Delphi (FDM)

Kajian ini bertujuan mengenal pasti dan menganalisis cabaran yang dihadapi oleh guru TADIKA memupuk kemahiran komunikasi kanak-kanak menggunakan Kaedah Fuzzy Delphi (FDM). Sembilan orang pakar dalam bidang pendidikan awal kanak-kanak terlibat untuk mencapai konsensus terhadap 16 item berkaitan cabaran yang meliputi aspek pengetahuan guru, amalan pedagogi, sokongan institusi, kerjasama ibu bapa, faktor tingkah laku dan perkembangan murid. Analisis Kaedah Fuzzy Delphi (FDM) mendapati bahawa 14 item diterima dengan nilai defuzzifikasi melebihi 0.5 dan tahap konsensus melebihi 75 peratus. Cabaran paling signifikan ialah kekurangan sokongan konsisten daripada ibu bapa, diikuti dengan aspek kekurangan latihan khusus untuk guru, dan halangan bahasa dbilik darjah. Dapatan kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa cabaran yang dihadapi guru adalah bersifat kompleks dan memerlukan intervensi berstruktur melalui latihan profesional berterusan, sokongan dasar, dan kolaborasi dengan ibu bapa. Kajian ini memberikan sumbangan kepada teori komunikasi awal kanak-kanak, membuktikan keberkesanan Kaedah Fuzzy Delphi (FDM) dalam konteks pendidikan, serta menawarkan cadangan praktikal bagi penambahbaikan latihan kepada guru dan dasar pendidikan awal khususnya di Malaysia.
