Code of Conduct for Editors
- The editors are responsible to decide on the submitted articles to be published;
- The editors may discuss with other editors or reviewers in making the decision;
- The editors are responsible to evaluate submitted manuscripts for their intellectual content without regard to race, gender, sexual orientation, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship, or political philosophy of the authors;
- The editors are prohibited to disclose any information about a submitted manuscript to anyone other than the corresponding author, reviewers, potential reviewers, other editorial advisers, and the publisher, as appropriate;
- The editors must ensure a fair and appropriate peer review process;
- Unpublished materials disclosed in a submitted manuscript must not be used by anyone who has an access to the manuscript to be included in his or her own research without a written consent of the author;
The editors must maintain the integrity of the published record by issuing corrections and retractions when needed and pursuing suspected or alleged research and publication misconduct.
