Pembinaan Model Pembangunan Modal Insan melalui Bola Sepak terhadap Kemahiran Insaniah Belia Felda sekitar Kota Tinggi

Penyelidikan ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti program pembangunan modal insan terhadap belia felda sekitar Kota Tinggi. Kaedah kajian yang digunakan dalam penyelidikan ini adalah kajian kualitatif berdasarkan pendekatan Grounded Theory seperti yang dicadangkan oleh Strauss & Corbin. Kajian ini menggunakan temu bual semi berstruktur terhadap tujuh belia sebagai peserta kajian dalam penyelidikan ini bagi mendapatkan maklumat atau data premier yang mencapai kepada objektif kajian ini. Selain itu, data daripada pemerhatian dan analisis dokumen berkaitan dengan pasukan belia felda juga dianalisis untuk menyokong data utama. Pemerolehan daripada semua data tersebut telah dianalisis menggunakan kaedah Thematic Analysis seperti yang telah dicadangakan oleh Patton. Semua data perlu melalui proses pengekodan iaitu pengkodan terbuka, pengekodan paksi dan pengekodan pilihan yang terbentuk tema berkaitan dengan pembangunan modal insan yang diperlukan oleh belia-belia felda. Terdapat tujuh tema-tema yang terbentuk adalah kemahiran semangat berpasukan, kemahiran penyelesain masalah, kemahiran komunikasi, kemahiran professional, kemahiran emosi/gaya hidup sihat, kemahiran integrity dan kemahiran pembelajaran berterusan hingga akhir hayat. Melalui temat-tema ini maka penyelidikan berjaya mencadangakan sebuah Model Pembangunan Modal Insan Melalui Bola Sepak Terhadap Kemahiran Insaniah Belia Felda Sekitar Kota Tinggi yang dapat membantu belia felda lebih berkesan dalam melahirkan belia felda yang berkualiti daripada aspek kemahiran insaniah. Diharapkan pihak-pihak yang terlibat di kawasan felda-felda dapat membentuk pusat sumber dan menggunakan model ini sebagai panduan dalam program pembangunan modal insan terhadap belia-belia felda.
