Kesan ihsan kendiri dan mindfulness terhadap efikasi kendiri kaunseling kaunselor pelatih

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengenal pasti hubungan dan kesan ihsan kendiri dan mindfulness terhadap efikasi-kendiri kaunseling kaunselor pelatih. Kajian ini melibatkan 116 orang responden yang terdiri daripada kaunselor pelatih yang sedang menjalani internship di organisasi. Terdapat tiga instrumen kajian yang digunakan untuk mengukur pemboleh ubah iaitu Skala Ihsan Kendiri, Five-Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) dan Counseling Self Estimate Inventory (COSE). Dapatan kajian menujukkan terdapat hubungan dan kesan yang positif antara ihsan kendiri dan mindfulness terhadap efikasi-kendiri kaunseling kaunselor pelatih. Implikasi daripada kajian ini menunjukkan bahawa memasukkan elemen ihsan kendiri dan mindfulness dalam pendidikan kaunseling akan membantu meningkatkan keupayaan dan keyakinan diri kaunselor pelatih dalam mengendalikan sesi kaunseling.
