Originality and Plagiarism
Management Research Journal (MRJ) publishes only original scholarly work that has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:
-
The work is original and represents their own research.
-
The manuscript has not been published previously in any language, except in the form of an abstract, thesis, dissertation, or conference presentation where appropriate disclosure has been made.
-
The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another journal or publisher.
-
All sources and references have been appropriately acknowledged and cited.
-
Any use of copyrighted materials has been properly authorised.
All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before entering the peer review process. The Editorial Office reserves the right to reject manuscripts that contain evidence of:
-
Plagiarism;
-
Self-plagiarism or redundant publication;
-
Data fabrication or falsification;
-
Citation manipulation;
-
Unauthorised use of copyrighted material; or
-
Any other form of academic misconduct.
Where plagiarism or unethical publishing practices are identified before publication, the manuscript will be rejected. If such misconduct is discovered after publication, the journal may publish a correction, expression of concern, or retraction in accordance with the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
Authors are expected to maintain the highest standards of academic integrity throughout the submission, review, and publication process.
