Submissions
Before Submission
Authors are responsible for ensuring that their manuscripts comply with the latest Management Research Journal (MRJ) Author Guidelines and manuscript template before submission.
By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:

The manuscript is original and has not been published previously, either in whole or in part.

The manuscript is not under consideration by another journal, conference proceeding, or publisher.

All authors have made substantial contributions to the work and have approved the final manuscript.

The manuscript falls within the aims and scope of Management Research Journal.

All data presented in the manuscript are accurate and have not been fabricated, falsified, or manipulated.
-
Ethical approval and informed consent have been obtained where required.
-
All references cited in the manuscript are accurately listed in the reference section.
-
DOI information has been included for references where available.
-
The manuscript has undergone language editing and proofreading.
-
The manuscript complies with the journal's Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.
Failure to comply with these requirements may result in rejection, withdrawal, or retraction of the manuscript.
Required Submission Files
To facilitate the editorial and peer-review process, authors must upload the following files during submission.
1. Anonymous Manuscript File (Mandatory)
The manuscript must be prepared using the latest MRJ template and submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
To preserve the integrity of the double-blind peer review process, this file must not contain any information that may identify the author(s), including:

3. Cover Letter (Recommended)
The cover letter should briefly explain:

Confirmation that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere; and

Any additional information relevant to the Editor.
4. Ethical Approval Documentation (Where Applicable)
Research involving human participants, animals, personal data, or sensitive information must include evidence of ethical approval from the relevant ethics committee, institutional review board, or equivalent authority.
5. Supplementary Materials (Optional)
Supplementary materials may include:

Submission Process
All manuscripts must be submitted through the Management Research Journal online submission system. Login or Register to submit.
Step 1: Author Registration
Create an account or log in to the journal submission system.
Step 2: New Submission
Select "New Submission" and complete the submission checklist.
Step 3: Upload Submission Files
Upload all required files according to the journal requirements.
Step 4: Enter Metadata
Authors must accurately provide:

Step 5: Review and Confirm Submission
Authors should carefully review all information before confirming the submission.
A confirmation email will be sent automatically to the corresponding author upon successful submission.
Editorial Screening
All submissions undergo an initial editorial assessment before peer review.
The Editorial Team evaluates whether the manuscript:

Falls within the journal's scope;

Meets academic quality standards;
-
Complies with journal formatting requirements;

Meets ethical and publication standards; and
-
Passes plagiarism screening.
Manuscripts that do not meet these criteria may be rejected without external review.
Double-Blind Peer Review
Management Research Journal operates a double-blind peer review system.
Eligible manuscripts are evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript topic. The identities of authors and reviewers remain confidential throughout the review process.
Reviewers assess manuscripts based on:

Based on reviewers' recommendations, the editorial decision may be:

The Editor-in-Chief reserves the right to make the final publication decision.
Revision Process
Authors receiving a revision decision must submit:

A revised manuscript;
-
A detailed response to reviewers' comments; and

Any additional documents requested by the editor.
Failure to submit revisions within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal of the manuscript from the review process.
Publication Process
The publication process consists of the following stages:
Stage 1: Manuscript Submission
Submission of manuscript and supporting documents through the online journal system.
Stage 2: Editorial Screening
Assessment of scope, quality, ethical compliance, and plagiarism screening.
Stage 3: Double-Blind Peer Review
Evaluation by at least two independent reviewers.
Stage 4: Revision
Authors revise and resubmit the manuscript where required.
Stage 5: Final Editorial Decision
The Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding acceptance or rejection.
Stage 6: Copyediting and Production
Accepted manuscripts undergo:

Stage 7: Author Proof Review
Galley proofs are sent to the corresponding author for final approval.
Only minor typographical or formatting corrections are permitted at this stage.
Stage 8: Online First Publication
Accepted articles may be published online before assignment to a journal issue.
Stage 9: Issue Publication
Articles are assigned to a journal issue and published on the MRJ website.
Copyright and Licensing
Authors retain copyright of their work.
Upon acceptance, authors grant Management Research Journal the right of first publication.
All published articles are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International (CC BY-NC 4.0) Licence.
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce any copyrighted material included in their manuscripts.
Publication Ethics
Management Research Journal adheres to the principles and guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, data fabrication, data falsification, authorship misconduct, or any other form of unethical publishing practice.
Allegations of misconduct will be investigated according to the journal's Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement.
Publication Charges
Management Research Journal does not charge:

Article Processing Charges (APCs);

Publication fees.
All accepted articles are published free of charge.
