Copyright Ownership

Authors who publish with Management Research Journal (MRJ) retain the copyright of their published work.

By submitting and publishing their manuscripts in MRJ, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and preserve the published version of the article in all forms and media.

Authors are free to deposit, share, and disseminate their published articles through institutional repositories, personal websites, academic social networks, and other non-commercial platforms, provided that appropriate acknowledgment of the original publication in MRJ is included.
