Copyright Ownership
Authors who publish with Management Research Journal (MRJ) retain the copyright of their published work.
By submitting and publishing their manuscripts in MRJ, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and preserve the published version of the article in all forms and media.
