School leadership is one of the main factors in driving school excellence. The principal's transformational leadership is a necessity to face drastic changes in education according to current developments. This concept paper discusses the purpose of the study, which is to know the level of transformational leadership of principals, the level of effectiveness according to teachers' perceptions, and the relationship and influence between transformational leadership and school effectiveness. In addition, transformational leadership models, previous studies, and methodologies related to this study were also discussed.
