The study aimed to identify the level of application of the dimensions of administrative transparency among middle school principals from the point of view of teachers in the schools of Wasit Governorate, as well as the differences in the level of application of the dimensions of administrative transparency among middle school principals according to the gender variable (male-female). Schools affiliated to the General Directorate of Education of Wasit Governorate The two researchers adopted the measure of administrative transparency prepared by (Al-Shahri, 2017), and indicators of validity and reliability were extracted, and statistical analysis was conducted for the items of the scale. The results were verified and their data were statistically processed. The results showed that the level of application of administrative transparency among the principals of middle school schools from the point of view of teachers in Wasit Governorate was of a high degree. Through the results of the study, the researcher came out with a set of recommendations and proposals.
