Abstract

The study aimed to shed light on one of the poets of the pre-independence period. And clarify that the Sudanese poets in the period before the independence of Sudan used their poems to glorify the Sudanese cities in which they lived and expressed their patriotism and encouraged them to defeat injustice and build homelands. The study followed the descriptive, historical and analytical approach. From the results of the study, the poet Al-Nasser Qarib Allah wrote about the island of Tuti and Arba’at in eastern Sudan. He documents the areas he visited or spent time in that have a strong influence and a social dimension in their lives.
