Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif merupakan satu wadah dalam pendidikan dan perlu diberi ruang untuk berkembang. Kertas kerja ini membincangkan tentang pengurusan Program Pendidikan Inklusif yang dilaksanakan untuk murid bermasalah pembelajaran. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengurusan pendidikan inklusif dilaksanakan bagi memastikan murid bermasalah pembelajaran mendapat pendidikan yang lebih baik. Kajian ini mengunakan reka bentuk inkuiri naratif di mana seramai empat orang peserta kajian telah dipilih secara persampelan bertujuan. Data dikumpul menerusi pemerhatian, temu bual dan analisis bukti dokumen. Dapatan kajian mendapati bahawa program pendidikan inklusif diurus secara domestik oleh pihak pengurusan Program Pendidikan Khas Integrasi (Masalah Pembelajaran). Program ini dijalankan secara sepenuh masa dan separa masa bergantung sumber manusia dan murid yang mengikuti program ini juga tidak diiring oleh guru kerana faktor yang sama. Program ini boleh ditambah baik jika perkhidmatan guru pembimbing disediakan dan guru biasa yang terlibat dalam program ini diberi pendedahan mengenai pendidikan khas.

Inclusive education is an educational platform for children with learning disabilities to learn in mainstream and it needs to be given room to grow. Using narrative inquiry as the methodology, this study aimed to look into the management of inclusion in order for pupils with learning disabilities to get a better education. Four participants were selected by purposive sampling and data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of documentary evidence. The results showed that the inclusion program was managed domestically by personal in the Integrated Special Education Programs (Learning Difficulties). The program was implemented using full-time and part-time basis without any supervision by teachers as co-teacher in mainstream classroom due to staff constraint. This program can be improved if services are provided in the mainstream classroom by special education teachers and mainstream teachers who are involved in this program are exposed to knowledge on special education.
