Malaysian Eduacation Development Plan (2014-2025) has been introduced by the goverment to ensure the quality and improve the education system, including leadership and teacher development. This quantitative study aims to identify the relationship between distributive leadership towards self-efficacy of national school teachers in Selangor. A total of 500 teachers took part in this study. The research instrument consists of a set of questionnaire which has three part which were resersher background, distributive leadership instrument and teacher slef-efficacy. The findings show that the level of distributive leadership practice and teacher’s self-efficacy is at high level. Through the Pearson correlation test, distributive leadership practices and self-efficacy of teachers is significant and moderate strong relationships with one another. Thus, distributive leadership plays important role in teachers, self-efficacy and is well suited to relaizing change in school.
