Tahap Amalan Kepimpinan Lestari Guru Besar: Satu Kajian Rintis daripada Perspektif Guru di SK Asli, Negeri Sembilan

Kerintangan yang dihadapai sewaktu Pendemik Covid-19 telah memberi kesedaran kepada semua pihak yang terlibat bekerjasama dalam pembangunan pendidikan untuk membaik pulih sistem pendidikan. Pada masa yang sukar ini, guru besar diberi tanggungjawab untuk mengurus sekolah sebaik mungkin agar peluang pembelajaran berterusan kepada semua murid ditawarkan tanpa sebarang halangan. Justeru, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji tahap amalan kepimpinan lestari guru besar di empat buah Sekolah Kebangsaan Asli (SK Asli), Negeri Sembilan. Reka bentuk kuantitatif berkonsepkan tinjauan telah pun diimplentasikan dalam kajian ini. Seramai 50 orang guru yang dipilih secara rawak mudah telah dijadikan sampel menggunakan instrumen Sustainable Leadership Questionnaire (SLQ). SPSS 25.0 telah digunakan untuk menganalisis data kajian. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa tahap amalan kepimpinan lestari guru besar berada pada tahap tinggi (min=4.55, SP=0.43) di semua empat buah sekolah kajian. Dapatan kajian ini diharapkan boleh memberi kesedaran dan indikator kepada guru-guru besar sekolah untuk renungkan amalan kepimpinan diri sendiri dalam ekosistem pendidikan yang tidak menentu dan sentiasa berubah ini kerana terdapat keperluan untuk para guru besar mempraktikkan amalan kepimpinan lestari bagi membolehkan sekolah menawarkan perkhidmatan pendidikan yang cemerlang kepada semua murid.
