Pembelajaran Seni Halus di TADIKA: Pengetahuan & Amalan Guru di TADIKA

Usia muda kanak-kanak adalah usia yang sesuai bagi pembentukan pelbagai kemahiran terutamanya dalam melakukan aktiviti hands-on seperti aktiviti seni halus. Pembelajaran seni halus dianggap pembelajaran yang merentasi pembelajaran lain. Perkembangan yang boleh didapati melalui aktiviti seni halus adalah peningkatan kognitif, sosio-emosi dan fizikal. Pengetahuan guru yang baik terhadap seni halus dapat memberi impak positif kepada kanak-kanak. Reka bentuk kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif secara eksploratori bagi meneroka pengetahuan dan amalan guru terhadap pembelajaran seni halus di TADIKA. Seramai tiga orang guru TADIKA swasta di Selangor telah dipilih melalui persampelan bertujuan berdasarkan kelayakan dan pengalaman dalam pendidikan awal kanak-kanak. Data dikumpulkan melalui temu bual berstruktur secara dalam talian, yang menumpukan kepada kefahaman guru mengenai kandungan seni halus serta pelaksanaan aktiviti di dalam bilik darjah. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa ketiga-tiga guru terlibat mempunyai pengalaman melaksanakan aktiviti seni halus bersama kanak-kanak, namun pengetahuan mereka tentang seni halus masih bersifat asas dan tidak menyeluruh. Kajian ini mencadangkan agar latihan, bimbingan dan panduan pengajaran seni halus yang lebih sistematik disediakan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan keberkesanan pembelajaran dan menyokong perkembangan kreatif kanak-kanak secara optimum.
