Pengajaran bahasa melayu kepada murid orang asli: Menelusuri isu, cabaran dan masa depan melalui lensa inklusiviti dan pemerkasaan komuniti

Pengajaran bahasa Melayu kepada murid Orang Asli di sekolah-sekolah arus perdana berdepan dengan cabaran yang melibatkan aspek linguistik, budaya, dan pedagogi. Artikel ini menelusuri isu dan cabaran utama dalam pengajaran bahasa Melayu kepada murid Orang Asli, dengan memberi tumpuan kepada dimensi inklusiviti dan pemerkasaan komuniti. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif secara analisis dokumen melalui tinjauan literatur yang relevan, bagi mengenal pasti kesenjangan dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran dan implikasinya terhadap pencapaian murid. Dapatan kajian menunjukkan bahawa jurang linguistik dan perolehan bahasa, ketidakpekaan budaya dalam kurikulum dan pedagogi, keterbatasan profesionalisme guru, kekangan infrastruktur dan sumber pembelajaran, pengasingan komuniti daripada proses pendidikan, dan ketidaktentuan dasar inklusif untuk komuniti minoriti, adalah antara penghalang utama. Artikel ini juga menekankan kepentingan pemerkasaan komuniti melalui penglibatan aktif dalam pendidikan dan pengadaptasian kurikulum yang lebih sensitif terhadap budaya mereka. Implikasi kajian ini memberi cadangan kepada penggubal dasar dan pendidik untuk membangunkan ekosistem pengajaran yang lebih inklusif, responsif, dan berasaskan nilai kemanusiaan, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan keberkesanan pengajaran bahasa Melayu kepada murid Orang Asli.
