Chinese Education and Indian Education gradually evolved in colonial British in Malaya, along with the occurrence of economic development. The increase in the number of Chinese and Indians in Malaya resulted aspects of education for the children of Chinese and Indian communities as a necessity in line with what is happening in their home country, respectively. British colonial policy on Chinese education and Indian education is not balanced and the British colonial provide better service for Indian education compared to Chinese education. Indian education is growing in estates with the employers have been asked by the British colonial government to provide educational facilities for the Indian community living in the estates concerned. Chinese education is growing in Chinese settlements in the cities, but the British colonial did not help and provide access to education, but education of Chinese funded by communities. Overall , Chinese education and Indian education does not get help and the same treatment from the British colonial continued until the Malaya independence.
