Abstract

Kajian ini menganalisis tingkah laku kepimpinan masyarakat Semai dalam novel Ludaad karya Mahat A/L China, dengan fokus pada peranan pemimpin dalam menyelesaikan konflik dalaman masyarakat. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui kaedah kepustakaan dan Teori Laluan-Matlamat, kajian ini meneliti corak tingkah laku kepimpinan watak Penghulu Busu, yang mencerminkan prinsip direktif, sokongan, penyertaan, dan pencapaian matlamat. Dapatan menunjukkan bahawa tingkah laku kepimpinan Penghulu Busu dipengaruhi oleh faktor peribadi sebagai ketua yang dihormati dan faktor persekitaran seperti ancaman luar, mencerminkan kepekaan terhadap konteks budaya dan cabaran luaran. Kajian ini menyumbang kepada pemahaman tentang dinamik kepimpinan dalam konteks budaya Orang Asli Semai.
